My First Blog Post

This is my first ever blog post!  I decided to create a blog in order to participate in paper crafting challenges.  I started wandering through stamping blogs last fall and was recently very inspired by Papertrey Ink's 2-year anniversary challenges.  Seems this will be a good way to keep me using my stockpile of crafting supplies, and spare my husband from having to dutifully "ooh and ahh" over every card that I make.

For this first post, I decided to combine Kristina Werner's Color Inspiration with the CPS Sketch.  Surprisingly enough, I quickly mounted a new stamp set and opened an untouched pack of paper.  Amazing!  Normally I just dink around with my goodies, or buy new stuff before I ever open the old.

I just slapped this blog together to get moving, so maybe I'll fancy it up if I stick with it.  Thanks for stopping by.

  1. Great start to your blog! Congrats on making the leap into posting. It is hard to keep up, but hopefully you will enjoy it as much as I do. Your card is just darling and very clever to combine both challenges.
    Keep up the great work!
