PTI Blog Hop - Black Backgrounds - January 2013

This month's PTI Blog Hop challenge is to use a black background.  I've been looking at my black and chartreuse Haiku bag  (similar to this one) for awhile thinking that it was good inspiration for a card.  I had this card in my brain and then realized as I was flipping through Pinterest that I must have been inspired by this card by Dawn McVey.

Ink:  Limeade Ice, Pumpkin Pie (SU!), Versamark (Tuskineko)
Paper:  Basic Black, Limeade Ice
Other:  Notched Flowers dies, clear embossing powder
